Shipping
We ship domestically via USPS or UPS, and internationally using DHL. Orders under $75.00 ship for $9.95. Orders $75.00+ ship free. Shipping times shown are from the date on which the order ships, not the date on which the order was placed. 

Product Availability
Most canvases listed on our site as In Stock/Orderable should be available to ship within 1-weeks - if you order threads it will take us a day or two to kit your canvas. Selected canvases may need to be ordered from the designer, at no additional cost to you. This can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks depending upon the designer's inventory. For a more accurate delivery estimate on a canvas, please contact us by email at kathryn@stitchingfox.com.

Your credit card is charged at the time of order. We do our very best to ensure canvases are received in from the designer and shipped out to you in the shortest possible time frame.

Design colors will vary from computer to computer, depending upon screen resolution and settings. We do our best to use the most accurate images available to us to show the highest quality imagery.
